ULI中国大陆诚邀您报名参加本次于9月28日举行的锦沧文华广场项目考察活动并结识业界伙伴。

锦沧文华广场的前身——锦沧文华大酒店为上海最早的五星级酒店之一，也是南京西路上一座地标。作为上海城市更新的重点地标项目，宝华集团收购锦沧文华大酒店后，在原址上启动了升级改造，秉承 “城市更新、功能提升、文化传承、灵感生活” 的理念，以 “高端办公+高端精致购物中心” 的复合型商业体作为项目的整体定位。改造后总面积为3.5万平方米的高端写字楼，为多家即将入驻的国际性跨国企业提供优质的办公空间及服务；总面积为2万平方米的高端商业，定位为精致高端购物中心，已吸引多家个性的设计师品牌、米其林餐饮及一线生活体验品牌入驻。

作为业内颇具代表性的城市更新项目，如何在强强林立的南京西路商圈打造出具有鲜明辨识度的差异化形象，如何致敬上海城市历史地标并赋予其崭新的城市功能？此次项目考察活动，我们邀请到了项目的业主宝华集团以及建筑改造方案设计方Gensler共同为大家解密项目在定位、设计以及招商运营中的思考。

本次活动全程使用中文，对会员免费开放，限25人。

ULI China Mainland invites you to the project tour - JC Plaza and network with industry peers on September 28.

As one of Shanghai's first five-star hotels and a landmark on Nanjing West Road, JC Plaza underwent a rebranding and renovation that took almost ten years. JC Mandarin Hotel was acquired by Baohua Group and upgraded in accordance with Shanghai's urban renewal plan of 'urban renewal, functional upgrading, cultural heritage, and inspired living'. JC Plaza was positioned as a mixed-use complex with "prime offices + high-end retail". With a total area of 35,000 square meters, the high-end office building will offer high-quality office space and services to many multinational companies. The 20,000 square meter retail podium is positioned as a high-end shopping center, and has attracted luxury brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, and life experience brands.

How to create a distinct and differentiated image in the West Nanjing Road business circle, and how to pay tribute and create a new urban function for Shanghai's historical landmark? The owners of the project, Baohua Group, and Gensler, the architect of the building’s renovation, were invited to explain the strategies of positioning, design and operation.

This event will be conducted in Chinese, free to all ULI Members, and limit to 25ppl.
